As Peter continues to address the crowd, he tells them that it's not too late. They chose the wrong path but Jesus offers a second chance, an opportunity to repent. To repent means to turn back, but when we've taken a wrong turn, going back might be the only way to move forward. But Jesus offers more than renewed direction -- he offers times of renewal on the path toward the ultimate restoration of all things.
