In Hebrews 4:12-13, we study how essential it is for us to be reading the Bible because it is from God. The Bible is distinct from every other book out there and that should cause us to want to be reading it every day. When reading the Bible we need to understand what it says. When we have questions we need to search out and ask parents, leaders, and pastors for answers. Lastly, we must not only be hearers but doers as well. When reading the Bible we need to point out one point of application every time.
