Is Jesus separated from the "one God" as a mere "man" or is there much more to this verse than the surface level proof-texting offered by the INC? Does their interpretation go in harmony with the rest of what Paul believed about Jesus? What about all of Scripture?

As I mentioned at the end of this video, I would like INC members to explain to me the gospel of salvation. Also what does Christ as "mediator" really mean when it comes to our salvation and reconciliation to God? Why do INC ministers preach almost nothing about Christ crucified for the atonement of our sins? Nothing about justification by faith (Romans 3:28)? Paul said, "For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified" (1Cor. 2:2) but INC do not preach this but salvation through church membership.

Philippians 3:9: "and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith," (NASB)

Why does the so-called "Church of Christ" teach the opposite; that righteousness comes from ourselves on the basis of good works?
