The Blessings of Liberty

Constitutions of the states of California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, Iowa, Texas, and Massachusetts, and the U.S. territory Puerto Rico, make a reference to God.

PREAMBLE: STATE OF CALIFORNIA
We, the People of the State of California, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, in order to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution.

PREAMBLE: UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of ... The Blessing of Liberty means Colonial Goddess of Liberty.

The Border Patrol's routine stopping of a vehicle at a permanent checkpoint located on a major highway away from the Mexican border for brief questioning of the vehicle's occupants is consistent with the Fourth Amendment, and the stops and questioning may be made at reasonably located checkpoints in the absence of any individualized suspicion that the particular vehicle contains illegal aliens.

City of Indianapolis v. Edmond, 531 U.S. 32,
Police may not conduct roadblocks "whose primary purpose is to detect evidence of ordinary criminal wrongdoing." Such roadblocks must have a specific primary purpose, such as keeping roadways safe from impaired drivers, or enforcing border security.

All such cases create disinformation and vague understanding of rights.

Consent searches are searches you allow police to conduct...after the asked you several questions to do so. None compliance is legal through "CASTLE LAW OR DEFENSE HABITATION LAW on both property (Home), Motor Vehicles, and pedestrian travel. See varying laws in each State.

Castle Law or a Defense of Habitation Law which is an individual,  tribe, group, or civil person, having the right to protect their property, motor vehicle, and even evade misconduct of Police Officials. 

Our Native and Indigenous brothers told us the Colonials (Good Christians aka Colonial term for White People) have a forked tongue. The Most High Power (Creator) reminds the Hebrew Israelites to never add or subtract form the Law, Statutes, and Commandments of a HOLY SCRIPTURES. But the Law makers of Both Christian Religion and Secular Politic can hold secrets, conspire, and modify their laws whenever so fits some new cause.
