In this study by chaplain Chris Saddler, we begin our study through the book of Exodus. Exodus is the continuation of the events that happen in Genesis. We see the children of Israel put into slavery by Pharaoh in Egypt and despite the trials they endure, they overcome and grow in number. This will also happen in our lives. Throughout the Bible Egypt represents bondage, and in our lives we often feel like we’re in bondage and we go through trials, but the hard times we go through make us stronger in our faith and allow God to prepare us to do His work as He did with Moses.
