Jesus Christ's God said that. Salvation originates with God our Father. He is the One who has raised up many saviors to save Israel. And He is the One who raised up the man Jesus to be our Savior. Jesus is God's salvation. Luke 2:30;3:6.

Trinitarians, who is the "ME" in this verse? If Jesus, then you are excluding the Father. If the Father, then you are excluding Jesus.

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel for He has visited us and accomplished redemption for His people and has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of David His servant.
Luke 1:68-69

The man Jesus, son of David, is that horn of salvation that God the Father raised up.
