Isaiah 43:16, 18-21 NIV.
16 This is what the Lord says—
he who made a way through the sea,
a path through the mighty waters,
17 who drew out the chariots and horses,
the army and reinforcements together,
and they lay there, never to rise again,
extinguished, snuffed out like a wick:
18 “Forget the former things;
do not dwell on the past.
19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland.
20 The wild animals honor me,
the jackals and the owls,
because I provide water in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland,
to give drink to my people, my chosen,
21 the people I formed for myself
that they may proclaim my praise.

Verses 16 & 17 clearly point back to the liberated Hebrew slaves crossing the Red Sea.
Isaiah lived c700 years BCE. The Exodus from Egypt? c1250 BCE. The Hebrews then wandered in the Sinai region for 40 years; hence the references to "wilderness", "wasteland" (also to Moses smiting the rock for water to gush forth).

In Verse 20 there is variance in the meaning of a couple of Hebrew words:
The reading in this upload uses the New International Version NIV, "the jackals and the owls"
Many translations choose NKJV, NASB, ESV, GNT, TLB, NOG, NET, NRSV, OJB, TLV, WEB, "The jackals and the ostriches"
KJV, "the dragons and the owls"
GNV, WYC, "the dragons and the ostriches"
ICB, NIRV, "The wild dogs and owls"
MSG, "the coyotes and the buzzards"
NLV "the wild dogs and the ostriches"
TPT "jackals and owls" (The Hebrew word for “jackals” (tannim) can be translated “dragon.”)
VOICE, "the wild dogs and surly birds"
YLT, "Dragons and daughters of an ostrich"
ERV, "The large animals and birds"

The ERV (Easy to read version) makes sense to me,
Isaiah 43 verse 20, "The wild animals will thank me. The large animals and birds will honor me when I put water in the desert and make rivers flow through that dry land. I will do this to give water to my chosen people". Verse 21. "I made them, and they will sing songs of praise to me."
Meaning? GOD will provide water for His people and all of nature will benefit.
