Let's remind ourselves every day, throughout the day, just what the Lord Jesus went through on the cross for our sake. Not just physical pain, but the vastly more painful separation from God and having all sin laid upon Him who knew no sin! He did it, so that we may have not just salvation, but also that we may stand and fight in the battle, soar in the storms, and be cleansed and perfected by the Word!
