In these times when it's popular to question and doubt God's Word and claim it's not true or is full of error, God reminds us that He magnifies His Word above His Name even! Above the Name above all names. He also promises to put His Word in our mouths so that we can speak His Word. Yet that doesn't mean we don't have to study His Word. If we simply study His Word, seeing it for how very important it is, He will enable us to do His Word!
