Isaiah 9:6 - The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father

Does Isaiah 9:6 offer proof that Jesus is Yahweh (Jehovah)?

NO!

"For a child is born unto us, a son is given unto us; and the government is upon his shoulder; and his name is called Pele-joez-el-gibbor-Abi-ad-sar-shalom; [Footnote: That is, Wonderful in counsel is God the Mighty, the everlasting Father, the Ruler of peace.]" -- Isaiah 9:6, actually Isaiah 9:5 in the Jewish Publication Society Bible translation.
