Jeremiah 25:6 (NLT)
"Do not provoke my anger by worshiping idols you made with your own hands. Then I will not harm you."

God is fair and just. Most of the time I share generally positive and upbeat, as that is what I am drawn to share. You may take this verse as positive or you may not. It leaves no question. There is no other God to worship, no other idol including those that are made by man. So often people get wrapped up in worshiping things of things earth - the verse is referring to idols of wood and metal. Today it may apply to: money, cars, other people, possessions - God is not cool with this. If we fall into the trap of worshiping things of this world - God will quickly correct us. It is clear - God's anger will come if we fall into that trap. Serve God and serve Him faithfully - there is only One at the source.
