Jesus was beloved by many, but he also had his skeptics and critics. Through two miracles, Jesus showed his authority and provided his scoffers evidence for his authority. Many today continue to doubt Jesus, both inside and outside the church, rejecting the evidence Jesus provided supporting his truthful claims about himself and his authority.
