Tragically, much of the contemporary Church has exchanged our assignment from the Creator for the mistaken role of being a unifier. Instead of advocating for the truth, we’ve accepted another assignment that God has not called us to. Instead of holding out the truth to the world around us, we do comparative studies to find truth in all things that deny the uniqueness of Jesus. To try to establish unity between light and dark, you must oppose the Kingdom of God. There can be no unity between the light and darkness. We have a responsibility to speak truth in every area where we have influence.
