God he came to give us life and every time we try and step out and do it on our own the ramifications are death. The wages of sin are death. But in God's mercy he doesn't make us pay the ransom for what we have done but he paid it by nailing himself to the cross the perfect one the fulfilment of everything that would bring redemption and restoration and salvation and he did it because he loves you.
