The eternal Son of God was enfleshed with our very same humanity, dwelt in our sinful environment that was unworthy of him, and was employed for the task of humbling himself and becoming obedient through suffering unto death. Whereas Moses brought the law, which threatens punishment, Jesus Christ comes close to us abounding with grace and truth. Even now, he is the God-Man, who continues to his priestly work on our behalf forever.
