This study in Job starts at Job 2:10 and takes us through the end of chapter 3. In this lesson we saw Satan continue to attack Job. We introduced the last 3 props that Satan will take from Job, in these last 3 props Satan gets into the head and mind of Job and this is were he does his worst! We saw in chapter 3 that Job lost the value of his own life. Satan will attack us in this way as well, and his greatest weapon for this is DISCOURAGEMENT. When we start to get discouraged we need to recognize that we are NOT looking to Christ. When we get discouraged we are looking to our self, our circumstances, our desires, our failures, and when we are looking to those instead of looking to Christ it is easy to get discouraged!
