I'm doing daily Bible verse readings to share, grow, and impact others for good!

John 10:10-11
10 "The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life." 11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep."

Clearly, the thief mentioned here is the devil. Evil. Negativity. Satan is here to pester, frustrate and destroy us, our livelihood, and those around us. On the flip side, it is Jesus' mission to bring everlasting life, peace, and joy. Jesus is the good shepherd. There is only one. He brings his flock, each of us through the door to heaven. As it is written, he sacrificed his life for us, just as it written here, that the good shepherd sacrifices his life for his sheep. We, you and I, are the flock. So follow the good shepherd. Keep the faith.
