Part 8 of "The Cross" message series from John 19, "The Burial of Jesus" from John 19:38-42. This message deals with the theology of burial, and how Adam brought death in the garden of Eden by eating of the wrong tree and being expelled, and how Jesus the second Adam brought life by dying on the tree of the cross and rising in a garden. This message also shows the great importance of being faithful when it seems there is no fruit. For three years Joseph and Nicodemus were secret disciples, but in the greatest moment of darkness at the death of Jesus the light of God shined the brightest through them and Jesus life and ministry bore fruit in them.
