Jesus talks to Peter about three times in his life. Our own lives are much the same, although Peter lived the rest of his days under the shadow of a cross, much like Jesus was aware of his time coming.


As Jesus followed his father's will, so must we follow him. Peter took his eyes off the Lord Jesus to look at John. We must not compare ourselves to others, taking our eyes off Him to look at others.
