It’s easy to love some of our brothers and sisters in the faith. But the writer of Hebrews tells us to “keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters” (Hebrews 13:1). That means everyone—even the ornery ones, the difficult ones, the ones who gossip or insult us. How will people know that we are Jesus’ disciples? By our love for one another.
