In Luke 16:13 Jesus makes a comparison between the "religious" pharisees and the repentant "sinners" of Luke 15:1, 7. This comparison teaches us that the difference between a healthy Christian and an unhealthy Christian is the heart. When we develop a heart of service we will help our congregation to be a healthy Church.
