[13] For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

[16] This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

Having all our sins forgiven by Christ doesn’t mean that we can now indulge in sin and live like the devil. True believers of Christ have God the Holy Spirit dwelling in them, who changes their lives to become more and more Christlike. A true believer is grateful to Jesus and will strive to live a holy life by the power of the Holy Spirit, for the glory of God and to bear a good testimony for Christ. The love of Christ constrains us (2 Corinthians 5:14).
