It's one thing every being will do, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Everyone will know the LORD. Pharaoh claimed that he did not know the LORD. In fact, he didn't even want to know God, yet it was the very thing he ended up doing by the last of the 10 plagues. Israel knew the LORD by experiencing His amazing grace. Moses knew the LORD as his Best Friend. How we come to know the LORD, as Judge or Deliverer & Friend, is up to us.
