Reading the news these days can certainly be alarming! Nations are rising against nations; governments are being overthrown; earthquakes are happening worldwide; economies are collapsing, food shortages are becoming widespread. And the list of "bad news" continues to grow each day. For the unbeliever, news like this can be cause for despair. But for the believer in Jesus Christ these things are cause for joy as we realize that we have a blessed Savior who is sin control of every event in every place.
