This Christmas, we are intentionally leading with our faith together in our homes and in our community. Christmas is a target rich environment because there's a lot of pressure at the holiday season with upcoming family gatherings, food preparation, home decoration, gift giving, and budgets to be met. When you hear a need expressed in a casual conversation, remember our "Let's Pray" idea, and offer a one-sentence prayer.

Maybe someone will mention, "I'm going to go meet with my family, and there's a lot of stress, division, and tension." It's a moment for you to respond, "Let's pray—Lord, I pray for this family. May they be filled with joy this Christmas season."

Perhaps someone says they're traveling for the holiday. "Okay, let's pray—Father, let it be a a peaceful trip without incident. In Jesus' name, amen."

If someone says, "I don't know how I'm gonna make the budget. My kids need something." "Well, let's pray—Father, I pray that you'll make a way where there seems to be no way."
