Someone once said, “God answers all prayers. Sometimes He says ‘Yes.’ Sometimes He says, ‘No.’ Sometimes He says, ‘Wait.’ And sometimes He says, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me!’” As we come to this passage it appears to be indicating that God answers everyone who asks and gives to everyone who seeks and knocks. Is this what Jesus meant when He spoke these words on the mount?
