In 1 John 2, John invites us to take a spiritual test, not of knowledge or rule-keeping, but of love. The true sign that we know God isn’t cold obedience, but a heart changed by Him. When we love like Jesus, we naturally walk in His ways. The Word becomes alive in us, not just around us.
