Today’s Verse: 2 Corinthians 5:1 (NKJV)
“For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.”

Your body is only a tent—temporary, fragile, and subject to time. One day it will wear out, but that is not the end. For those who belong to Christ, the promise is clear: what is temporary will give way to what is eternal. Our true dwelling is not in this world but in the presence of God, clothed in a body made by Him, never to fade, break, or die.

So don’t let the fear of aging, sickness, or even death weigh you down. This tent is not your final home. You are heading for a building eternal in the heavens, crafted by God Himself. Live today with that assurance, and let it give you courage to love, serve, and share Jesus with urgency—because heaven is only a breath away.
