“Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech.”

The Christian life is not fire insurance for the day of death; it is a call to live boldly for Jesus now. We are to be the most loving, most truthful, most faithful, and most courageous people on earth. That doesn’t come from personality or strength, but from the assurance of the gospel.

So today, let your hope in Christ give you boldness. Speak truth. Share the gospel. Live out your faith in the public square, in your home, and wherever God places you. And when you feel overwhelmed, rest in this: your boldness is not in yourself but in the One who conquered the cross and the grave.
