Today’s Verse: Ephesians 6:10 (NKJV)
“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”

We cannot begin to fathom how strong the Lord is or how great the power of His might really is. One day, we may see more of it when His judgment is poured out on a Christ-rejecting world, and it will be both beautiful and terrifying. For now, we take Him at His Word. He commands us not to be strong in ourselves, our personality, or our abilities, but to be strong in Him and in His power. That means asking Him to come in, to be our strength where we have none, and to manifest His power in our daily walk so that we can live as clear, bold witnesses for Jesus.

So today, take a deep breath and deliberately receive from the Lord the strength and power you need for what lies ahead. Surrender your will afresh to Him, admitting that you cannot face spiritual battles, pressures, or temptations in your own might. Ask Him to clothe you with His strength, to steady you in every challenge, and to make your life a powerful Christian witness wherever you go.
