Today’s Verse: Psalm 27:10 (NKJV)
“When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take care of me.”

This verse speaks directly to one of life’s deepest wounds: feeling abandoned or unloved. Even if those who should have protected and nurtured you failed, God promises that He will never forsake you. He steps in as the perfect Father, the faithful caretaker, the one who loves you without condition.

We live in a time when families are breaking apart, and children often grow up without the security they need. Yet God’s Word remains true: when others fail, He is constant. When love runs out, His love endures.

So today, rest in this promise: the Lord Himself will take care of you. He knows your pain, your story, and your needs. Let go of the bitterness and receive His healing love. Forgive those who failed you, and live free in the care of the Father who will never let you go.
