Morning Verses With Mike
I'm doing daily Bible verse readings to share, grow, and impact others for good!

Luke 12:22-23 (NLT)
'Then, turning to his disciples, Jesus said, “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food to eat or enough clothes to wear. For life is more than food, and your body more than clothing. '

Jesus was talking about money and possessions. He encourages us to set aside all possible worries and spend time with God. Sometimes, we just need silence and to meditate or pray in His presence. This is sacred time that will allow you to prepare for whatever gets thrown at you throughout the day. God will provide for us.

In fact, God will provide not just in material things, but spiritual and emotional as well. One of the keys is to take consistent action. See if we are inconsistent it is easy for us to lose direction and purpose, we get wound up in our every pattern, of everyday life.

When you spend time with God, he will maintain and restore your sense of direction and guide you to the right place. So be consistent in your worship and lose the worry.
