Does the Sabbath still apply for the Christian? Luke 6:1-5 requires a proper perspective and understanding of the Sabbath in order to properly understand what Christ is teaching. That means we have to begin in Genesis 2 to see Sabbath as part of God’s creation order, existing outside of the law given at Sinai.
