Mark 14:1-11

VERSE OF THE DAY: "Leave her alone," Jesus said. "Why are you bothering her? She has done a beautiful thing to me." —Mark 14:6

In Mark 14, the plot to kill Jesus is set in place, as Jesus is anointed at Bethany by the woman with the alabaster jar of priceless perfume and Judas agrees to betray Him.

REFLECTION: Nothing is Wasted on Jesus

• Those who scolded had skewed priorities.
• Worship is NEVER wasted.
• Caring for the NEEDY matters.
• It flows OUT of your love for God.
• It can demonstrate devotion.
• Preparing your HEART to receive what Jesus did FOR YOU
is paramount.
