Mark 5:21-43

VERSE OF THE DAY: Then one of the synagogue leaders, named Jairus, came, and when he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet.—Mark 5:22

On the way to healing Jairus's daughter, Jesus heals the woman with the issue of blood, an incredible story of Jesus walking both with purpose (He knows where He's headed) yet ALSO walking slowly through the crowd.

REFLECTION: Be Humble Before Jesus

• Look for opportunities to encounter Jesus.
• Take your needs to Jesus.
• Approach Jesus with HUMILITY.
• Jairus went to Jesus, but submitted out of his authority to a
greater authority.
• Jesus was moved by this father to help him.
