In Luke 5:2,6 we see two empty boats- job done for the day waiting for the next day of usual routine and mundane activities. In Luke 5:7 we see the same two boats filled and ready to sink. If I was a boat, I would have wondered, hey what's going on? what a change? suddenly what happened? My friends, Jesus happened. Their master met Jesus. Their master obeyed Jesus. Many times our jobs, our family chores, our school, college life all seemed so ritualistic, so boring and so mundane. But remember it's up to the master of the situation to change the routine of things. For that, you need to bring the Word of God and you need to bring in Jesus into your situation.

What is God telling you about your life? What is He telling you specifically to do about it. The moment you decide to act as a child of God, as a person who listens and acts in the Word of God, those same mundane boring ritualistic acts are going to be filled with excitement and joy because you as a master of the situation are taking charge of the Word of God.
