One of the things I love most about my book, Fighting Words, is that it has ten scripture memory invitations. Meditating on and memorizing scripture has been one of the most beautiful practices in my life. It’s like burying treasure deep in your heart, so you have an ever-present source of light and hope even in the darkest night.

I’m inviting you to memorize each of these verses with me each week and to help them stick, I’ll be writing a little melody to help us remember it and will post it here each week! Can’t wait to hear stories about how memorizing these beautiful promises will encourage, guide, and comfort you along the journey!! Here’s our first verse!
