In this morning's devo, Pastor Bronson Duke relates the atmosphere of a "cool" or expensive clothing store to that of the religious leaders attitudes in Jesus's day. The excessive garments that the Pharisees wore signified their position of power; however, it was these people who were not willing to serve others. Bronson challenged us to take a hard look at our own lives to determine if we are serving others or expecting to be served ourselves.

Take a few minutes to search your heart and ask yourself: am I someone who is actively seeking to serve others, like Jesus did?
