The angel of the Lord spoke to Mary and said “Nothing will be impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37)

My friend, Jack Taylor, told us years ago that this verse could be translated to “No freshly spoken word of God will ever come to you that does not contain its own ability to perform itself”.

3000 year old seeds have been found and planted, and they grow. The power is in the seed, and for us, the seed is the word of God. The ability to become all God has said is in His Word, but it’s up to us to receive His Word and yield to Him.
