“The End of the Tribulation”
1. At the end of the Tribulation there will be great DISTRESS.
Vs. 1
1a. In the midst of the DISTRESS Michael will rise protect Israel.
Michael is called an archangel in the book of Jude.
He is the only one we know referred to as an archangel.
Rev 12:7-9
1b. In the midst of the DISTRESS Israel will be delivered.
When the Lord takes His church from planet earth to heaven in the rapture, he will once again
deal directly with the nation of Israel.

1c. In the midst of the DISTRESS true believers will have their names written in the book of
life.
People will be judged out of the things that are written in the books, the record of your
life, of your sins.
The glorious thing is the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses our record.
Ex 32:31-34, Psalm 69:28
2. At the end of the Tribulation we see a DIFFERENT resurrection.
Vs. 2-3
2a. We see DIFFERENT resurrections for different groups of people.
1) Jesus was resurrected.
2) Church age believers will be resurrected together.
1 Thess 4:16-18
3) A few Old Testament saints were resurrected.
Matt 27:51-53, Luke 16:27-31
4) Old Testament saints are resurrected at the end of the Tribulation Period.
That is the point of these verses.
5) The Tribulation martyrs are resurrected at this time as well.

2b. We see a DIFFERENT resurrection at the end of the Millennial Reign of Christ.
The SECOND RESURRECTION is for the judgment of those who died apart from Christ.

2c. We see a DIFFERENT set of values when believers are rewarded at the resurrection.
God is going to reward believers and the reward is not going to fade away in time like the
rewards in this life.

3. At the end of the Tribulation there will be a greater DEVELOPMENT of knowledge.
3a. This prophecy will be sealed until the DEVELOPMENT of knowledge.
3b. This prophecy will be sealed until the DEVELOPMENT of prophetic knowledge.
Amos 8:11-12
4. At the end of the Tribulation the power of Israel will be DEMOLISHED.
Vs. 5 -7
4a. The messenger tells us that the power of Israel will be DEMOLISHED.

4b. The message is that the power of Israel will be DEMOLISHED for a limited time.
“It will be for a time, times, and half a time”
What will be for a 3 1/2 year period of time?
Verse 1.
There will be a time of distress.
5. At the end of the Tribulation there will be a DISTINCTION between the wise and the wicked.
Vs. 8 -10
5a. The DISTINCTION for the wise is that they will be purified.
Zech 13:8-9
5b. The DISTINCTION of the wicked is that they will continue in their wickedness.
Ezek 20:33-38

6. At the end of the Tribulation the set DURATION of times will have been completed.
Vs. 11-13
6a. One DURATION of time includes 30 extra days. 1,290
Why an extra 30 days?
The purging and purifying of Israel will take place.
6b. One set DURATION of time includes 45 extra days. 1,335
Jesus will gather together the nations of the world for judgment.
Matt 25:31-40
