Catechism Class for Confirmation and for children to become communicant members of our church: Classes for 6th to 8th Grade started last Tuesday August 23 at 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm
Sunday School begins Sunday, September 11. Looking for Sunday School teachers now. Contact Pastor Vann or Kristin Phillips if

interested.
Thursday Night Bible Study: starting Exodus using the People's Bible Study Guide for Exodus this Thursday September 1 at 6:30
pm. $20 a book including shipping.

Student Housing Needed:
Pastor Vann has been contacted by two college students from Wisconsin Luther College in Milwaukee, WI who are looking for
housing for three weeks starting December 28, 2016.
They will be participating in a three week internship at the Lowry Park Zoo working with the manatee rescue. We have hosted
students from here before. The girls can stay together if someone has that much room or they can be separated if people only
have one room to offer. If you are able and willing to help,please contact Pastor Vann. In the past, we have found out these
requests quite late. We are thankful that they have contacted us early and given us time. Thanks in advance to those who are
able to offer a room. Your help is greatly appreciated.
