Today's sermon looks at three convictions that form a life.

1. The conviction that God's word is the only way to happiness (verse 1-3)
2. The conviction that God's word is from God and for obedience (verse 4)
3. The conviction that growth from God's word comes with personal commitment accompanied by prayerful dependence (verse 5-8)
