Kismet is an AKC registered lab that was purchased from a breeder for $700. She was surrendered to Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue in Middle Tennessee when her former owners didn't want to invest financially or emotionally in caring for her. It is because of Proverbs that this beautiful puppy was diagnosed as having hydrocephalus (water on the brain), resulting in vision problems, a head bobble, and some learning difficulties. Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue and their supporters raised over $7,000 for a much needed surgery at Mississippi State University. Today Kismet is happy, happy, and loved by her forever family and her Proverbs family, she even acts as a wonderful foster sister to other Proverbs foster pets.
