After Jesus' resurrection, God gives us everything we need to be His lifelong follower.

Matthew 3:17 - and behold, a voice from heaven said, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased."
Romans 8:28-29 - And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son.

Even during times of great distress, God's love never fails to bring about His good purposes.

1 John 4:19 - We love because he first loved us.

Jesus' death and resurrection assures us of God's love so we can share it with others.
