Pastor Quary teaches us “When you are serving the Lord and when you are living for the Lord you don’t have to look for enemies, enemies will find you.” In chapter two Nehemiah is faced with opposition from Sanballat, Tobiah, and Geshem, who wanted to discourge him from doing the Lord’s work. “Nothing will wake up the enemies of God in your life like you telling the Lord to search me and lead me in your way.”
