A lesson on the role of government, and the Christian's duty to respond to it. Governing powers are placed there by God for our good, but when the lesser magistrate oversteps its bounds, it must yield to the Highest - God Himself. Indeed when appropriate, a Christian is to obey the government, but when it turns to tyranny, we must obey God rather than man.
