Today we are going to be looking at a passage of Scripture that addresses the topic of suicide and mental health. Our mental, spiritual, and physical health are all connected. Sometimes life gets pretty overwhelming- this affects all 3 parts of us and sometimes a person is so overwhelmed that - like Elijah for a moment in his life- they wish to be dead. When we are down, help is needed- God's help, medical help, the help of trusted friends who aren't judgmental. I hope you will read 1 Kings 19 and that no matter your situation, that you will find yourself encouraged to draw near to LORD Jesus Christ- for He is kind and gracious.
