Good day friends. Here is a lightly edited version of this past weeks service. During our Bible time we are going to take a look at Job 28-- an amazing chapter on wisdom. While Job never directly asks the question (since it's kind of inferred) The question is still there: Since Job had taken the most important step a person can make-- to seek the face of God that one might be reconciled to Him (this is the wisest thing a person can do)- why was he suffering as he was? Apart from this, Job 28 is a beautiful chapter which gives some amazing insights into the mining practices of 1000's of years ago. Check it out, but know this: The wisest thing a person can do is to be reconciled to God on His terms- by faith in Jesus Christ. Have a blessed day!
