Good day friends. Here's a lightly edited version of this past weeks service. During our Bible time we took a look at the first back and forth between Job (a righteous sufferer who points us to Jesus) and Eliphaz (who believed that all suffering is God's discipline or judgment). It's quite the exchange. We also learn much by our examination of the text as to how to be good comforters to those who are going through a time of hardship. Our ultimate goal in the face of hardship, challenge, and suffering is to stay faithful to Christ in whom our hope and faith rest.
