1. Sight (27-31)

Two blind men called out to Jesus, 'Have mercy on us, Son of David!' Jesus had mercy on them, and after addressing their faith, restored their sight. With new sight, everything looked so beautiful and breathtaking. Their world became full of wonder and astonishment. Most of all, they could see clearly and beautifully the wonderful mercy of God in their lives.

2. Sound (32-34)

A demon possessed man who could not talk was brought to Jesus. When Jesus drove out the demon, the man spoke. He could sing a song and express his thoughts to others. He could praise God and encourage others. When we experience God's mercy, it is amazing what happens, like seeing and speaking for the first time, and appreciating life newly.


Prayer: Lord, open my eyes and loosen my tongue to see your love and mercy and give praise to you.
